The Department of Science and Scientific Projects is the scientific organizational and methodological workplace of the Academy. It performs managerial and methodological work in the field of scientific research, scientific-theoretical, publishing, educational and information activities of the Academy.

The Department of Life-Long Learning and Administration of Information Systems ensures the performance of tasks in the field of further education of police officers in cooperation with the Presidium of the Police Force, the regional directorates of the Police Force and the Ministry’s Education and Psychology Centre. The department ensures the performance of tasks in the field of development, efficiency and management of information technologies at the Academy.

The Department of Life-Long Learning and Administration of Information Systems ensures the performance of tasks in the field of further education of police officers in cooperation with the Presidium of the Police Force, the regional directorates of the Police Force and the Ministry’s Education and Psychology Centre. The Department of Accreditation and Internal Quality System ensures that the tasks relating to the internal quality assurance system for the activities and functioning of the Academy are carried out.

The Department of Coordination with Practice ensures the cooperation with the organisational units of the Ministry of Interior, the units of the Police Force and other entities within the security services.
